Linebon?MDT-H brightener is a new whitening agent our company has just developed, it can be used to dip, pad, detergents, and has better characteristics than MST-H, especially in resistant washable and resistant sun fastness. It can replace 4BK, BA, CXT in dip-dye because of their excellent affinity.

Features:

1, has high affinity to cellulose fibers, nylon, wool and silk, can get high whiteness. Suitable for intermittent dip whitening process, with high water absorption fastness; high absorption rate can reduce wastewater pollution; can be used for rolling - steaming whitening process;

6, has excellent resistance to hard water, alkali, oxygen bleaching agent, reducing agent and an electrolyte, It can be used for continuous oxygen bleach or reducing bleaching as well as white discharge printing paste.

Application:

1, intermittent dip process: For cotton, hemp fiber, can be used directly in a neutral or alkaline dye bath. For viscose fibers regenerated cellulose, etc., must be added electrolyte. Can be used with reductive bleaching or alkaline bleaching. For nylon, wool and silk, can be added under neutral conditions and stable hydrosulfite use.

2, continuous pad dyeing: For cotton, hemp fabric can be used for continuous oxygen bleaching process and washing whitening process. For cotton, fabrics, can be used to roll-washing or steam whitening process.
