Introduction:
BL-I is a high-strength polyester new fluorescent brightener. Its chemical composition is a kind of double styrene derivatives. Since it introduced the most suitable substituents, taking advantage of synergies dyes, on the basis of a large number of experiments, we produce a new generation of highly efficient polyester fluorescent brightener.
Usage:
BL-I is mainly used for whitening and brightening of polyester, polyester fibers and polyester-cotton, polyester yarn, polyester linen, polyester wool blended fabric. It can also be used for plastic and artificial leather whitening. BL-I polyester fluorescent brightener applies to padding method, high temperature high pressure and low temperature adsorption dip method and high-temperature baking whitening technics. Especially cryogenic adsorption dip temperature baking technics, it does not require high temperature and high pressure equipment, the process is simple, low energy consumption, high efficiency.

The use of methods:
1. High temperature and high pressure impregnation method:
the amount: 0.14 to 0.35% (up to the amount of 0.7% non-yellowing, relative to dye fabric)
Bath ratio: 1:10 ~ 20 dyeing temperature: 120 ~ 130 ℃
Dyeing time: 30 to 60 minutes PH value: 4.5 ~ 5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
2. Cryogenic adsorption fixation dip method:
Dosage: 0.35 to 0.70% (the maximum amount of 0.80% non-yellowing, relative to dye fabric) Bath ratio: 1:10 to 20 dyeing temperature: 50 ~ 60 ℃ staining time: 30 minutes, PH value: 4.5 to 5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
Process: dye bath was added at room temperature, BL-I brightener, additives (sodium sulphate 1-2% (relative to dye fabric), glacial acetic acid to adjust PH) and fabric → warmed to 50 ℃, 30 minutes dyeing → washing → dehydration → prebaking shaping baking (180 ~ 190 ℃, 30 sec)
V. Caution:
If it is found precipitate suspension layering, just Shake to use, it does not affect quality.
